Citizen L32A machine is a unique response to a variety of processing, from simple to complex. The 7-axis Citizen L32VIII offers high capability and precision in a variety of finishes. It is possible to process pieces up to 320 mm in one clamp with the use of a guide sleeve, and the possibility of pieces up to 80 mm by removing the guide, which ensures substantial material savings. LFV (low frequency vibration cutting) technology is efficient in the processing of small diameter deep holes as well as the processing of various materials, and reduces all sawdust problems, which is an integral part of the process. During the machining process while oscillating the X and Z servo axes in the cutting direction, together with the rotation of the spindle, it achieves an efficient and a stable process. A wide range of tools enable a versatile and flexible process at the customer's request reaching speeds up to 6000min-1. Main and secondary spindles reach speeds of up to 8000min-1 with a motor power of 3.7 / 7.5kW and 2.2 / 3.7kW. Automatic machine type FMB turbo 3-36 allows the supply of rod-shaped raw materials that can reach up to 3m in length enabling a continuous various product making process.
