New Matsuura MX-520

The machine park owned by GAT doo is richer for another machine, our second Matsuura MX-520. Matsuura MX-520 is a compact five-axis vertical machine centre with a very good ergonomic design that allows "no setup time" mode and the production of very demanding parts. The maximum size of the workpiece is 520 mm in diameter and 350 mm in height. The storage capacity of this machine reaches powerful 60 tools, with a tool change of 1.2 sec. Furthermore, this machine is operated by a six-axis Fanuc robot M20iD / 25 with the load capacity of 25 kg. This robotic cell will be able to work autonomously for a minimum of 8 hours, thus maximizing the usability of this excellent machine.
