TWISTER shot blasting machines

TWISTER shot blasting machines allow up to 100 parts to be machined simultaneously in one cycle, providing energy savings of up to 90%. The machine has a vacuum system that allows a cleaner shot blasting process as well as the economical use of abrasives. The TWISTER machine is recognizable by a quick change of the workpiece holder, including the workpiece itself, and it allows repeatability at any time. The oscillator allows automatic height adjustment of the lockable centrifugal wheel, which enables the processing of larger/higher parts of different dimensions in one clamp. The TWISTER machine has an integrated parts cleaning system (air tube) for automatic cleaning of workpieces after the shot blasting process.
